When Paying rent with money orders and using the drop box please be sure to fill them out with the name of the property at which you live - please do not put blank money orders in the drop box!

The holidays are here!

The holidays are here and there are a few events planned for the month of December:

**Wednesday, December 15th from 5PM to 6PM. We will have the judging for the Holiday Lights Contest. There will be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prize for each of the 3 properties! So, decorate your patio or balcony and possibly win some Holiday cash!
